A quick look at the family history of Eduardo Celmi Camavinga invites us to make a first statement of almost indubitable rigor: neither Eduardo nor his family would be scared if a little cold got up when they arrived in Valdebebas.
And that is precisely the reason why our beloved spanish press will never love and care Camavinga like others: Eduardo has three nationalities, but he is not from La Masía. He was born in Angola, he is a congolese descent, and his family travel with him as a baby to France, where he grew up and became a tremendous footballer.
We have been getting to know him, but we fell in love from the first day. He made his debut at the Bernabéu, it must be remembered, on the first day that the temple reopened after the fucking virus. And he scored a goal. And then he made his Champions League debut... and assisted Rodrygo for the 0-1. In Milano.
And best of all, the guy was smiling. Immediately, with his captivating charisma, he had found a niche, generating funny accounts like this one https://twitter.com/CamavingaSmiles/status/1514703184031367172
Because Eduardo has brought fresh air. One of the things that I like the most about Camavinga is seeing how he is loved, hesitated -always with a smile- by an absolute hierarch of this sport like David Alaba. The kind of stuff that brings good feelings.
Eduardo was needed. Not only because we needed a replacement (in addition to Valverde) of guarantees for the CMK, but because it has brought football hunger and joy. And at this point in the year, about to start May, when the games that give titles are played, Eduardo is requested and claimed by the fans.
And it is important to remember something: he is 19 years old. The season will end, the next will begin, and he will still be 19 years old. And when next to Camavinga the word Seedorf is used, very big words, hardly anyone is surprised anymore
This is how Eduardo explained a tremendous goal against Real Sociedad... in perfect Spanish https://twitter.com/realmadrid/status/1500773249864589313
I did not want to mention Pedri and Gavi up to here. Our dear cavernesca wants to finish off Eduardo. He is not from La Masía, he plays for Real Madrid and smiles provocatively. How are they going to be able to sell that he is sad, angry with Carlo or whatever... if every time they focus on him he smiles?
So they have found the way: Eduardo is a violent player. He makes dangerous fouls, he is a cardable type and also a yoghurt, so the card is prepared since he comes out. In addition, Real Madrid is rarely expelled, so it's time for him to be the one.
And hey, it's working. While Gavi does it for real, scratching and scratching, being protected because La Masía... Eduardo drops the cards even when he is not the one who makes the foul.
Eduardo must be protected. And we have to do it ourselves, from our small lines of communication and the support in the stadium. < p style="text-align: justify;">We are with you, Eduardo Camavinga!
