In defense of Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo is very Cristiano, or Cristiano is very Ronaldo, but he is our Cristiano Ronaldo. He is ours, although he is more of himself than of us. He is very Ronaldo, but he is our Cristiano. He is very Cristiano, but he is our Ronaldo.

The old man called age has come upon him, and now more than ever, even though he is so wrong, is when it is necessary to defend him. Because they attack him, and a lot, for being Cristiano Ronaldo. But they attack him, and a lot too, because he is a great Real Madrid legend (some people never forgive you for that).

They were waiting for him, Cristiano. He is from 1985, this season he will be 38. And there are many, many, waiting for him to decline. Last year he still scored 18 goals (whoever caught them, 99% of professional players woulll think) but this year his numbers are very mediocre. And on top of that, he has become a bellwether, taking advantage of the winter break, in what is his umpteenth mistake: because it puts him in an impossible situation at his club without it seeming that his next move has been closed, and because it affects his country, his team, where there is also an emerging force... who precisely plays for his club. United's best player this year, Bruno Fernandes. The one he puts in a difficult situation.

Once again Cristiano is thinking more about himself than about others, about what is his great flaw. But, beware, also the great engine of him to be the legendary predator that he has been. I don't know who is his representative, or yes, but it's a disgrace.

He left Real Madrid not in the best way. He has not been publicly kind with Modric and Benzema when they have won the Ballon d'Or, and those things are also important. Real Madrid, at least under Florentino's mandate, is a great father who always forgives and welcomes you, and will also do so with Ronaldo, to occupy the place he deserves within our legend. Because Cristiano Ronaldo has the career of one of the greatest in history (in the Premier, League, Serie A) and he made us great. But Real also made him great.
