If I have not misunderstood those who know about video games, since we are still talking about presentations and announcements, FIFA23 is going to take a new leap in support of women's football, incorporating not only national teams... but also clubs. French and English clubs. Spanish league? No, not yet.
Spanish women's football needed Real Madrid as food. A professionalization was needed, which has begun but slowly, for example to be able to watch the league matches. There is growing interest (women's football is breaking audience records this European season in Spain, England, Germany) and it is unbeliavable that there are still Real Madrid matches that cannot be seen. Not to mention the nonsense of the UWCL that causes many attractive matches to be lost -and with it you lose audience- as a result of an obsolete and archaic system.
Superliga or barbarism, we insist. In that, it would be necessary to go hand in hand with Lyon and Wolfsburg, in both cases so that the feminine would help the masculine to stop being tertiary teams, nowadays almost no secondary.
The fact is that I want to play with Zornoza, damn it. And since Vilda doesn't call her up because Vilda, well, we don't have her in the national team. I want Misa to pass it on to Rocío, she opens the band for Lucía to find the compass in Zornoza. Claudia will study if the pass or the pass into space is better, to find Nahikari, who will see Cool Moller on the wing, with her imposing physique, to take the ball. As I am using non-national players, the goal will naturally be scored by Lorena Navarro, always in the right place to bring the celebration to the stands.
I leave the future virtual world and Rubiales comes to mind, Rubi, the one who always appears in the photo but modernizing does not modernize anything adequately. I imagine what would be happening if it were Real Madrid that had done 30 of 30 last league, thrashing (sometimes massacring) humble teams. What would not have been said about the club and the players. Non sportive, bullying players, you can imagine.
Luckily you arrived, Real Madrid.
And EA... we have to remove that guy from the cover of the game. For FIFA23, write down what I'm going to say to you: Camavinga and Athenea. Or Rodrygo and Caroline Moller. And to sell games by trillions.
PS: Hopefully the club has done its homework differently... and Real Madrid comes out in the game, like Ryan Reynolds' team or Kaizer Chiefs come out in the men's. https://twitter.com/realmadridfem/status/1549038784909492224
