Pablo Laso era: The End?

First of all, Respect: Pablo Laso Biurrun is not only one of the most important people in the history of our section, but also the bearer of an enviable record.
Whites coach since 2011 (with the unimaginable wear and tear that a decade on the merengue bench entails) is the coach who has directed the most games for us. In addition, as an ACB player, he is the historical leader in assists and steals, being among the top ten in games and minutes played.
What is this historical review about? Laso must know something, something about basketball (no doubt) but also about locker rooms, dynamics, mentality. And that's where we are, in the mental and collective intangibles, because what happened yesterday against Bayern was a job for a psychiatrist more than for the tactical board.
After the ridicule, the news jumped on the networks (once again, by the way, leaving the mainstream press in diapers)
Madrid had cutted Heurtel and Trey. I self-quote a tweet before continuing

This morning Laso confirmed it more or less with these words: "Heurtel and Thompkins don't train with the team, It's my technical decision, I have full confidence in the rest". In this way, whether it is true or not, Laso says he is the coach that takes the decision, and with that the possible consequences.
Trey and Heurtel, obviously, weren't in yesterday's ridiculous fourth quarter. So if the idea was to cut off heads, some heads are missing or left over, logic dictates. I would like Rudy and Llull to take responsability of the dressing room in terms of mental recovery, and to provide the best version on the court that remains to them, which is perhaps less minutes and more selected.
Another story: When Laso came in, Rudy wears white for a few months due to the NBA lockout. In that 2011-2012 Madrid there were Chacho, Llull, Felipe, Carroll... and two boys that nowadays have changed: Mirotic and Tomic. 26-8 was the performance in the Regular League, losing the final in the fifth against Barcelona. And then Rudy finished his American adventure and we entered a glorious phase: we became competitive, winners. Little by little the concept of Lolaso emerged, the mandarinas, the speed, the joy, the victories. Laso is united with Llull and Rudy in this white story, and a decade later (which is always an eternity) it is time to be part of the solution, not the problem.
I hope it goes well. Life enjoys with high demands: FC Barcelona is waiting.
