To start the text, I will say who I want to win today: Betis.
Due to andalusian family influence and because the rival is Valencia from the Superdeporte newspaper, and because of Gordillo, the one with the sagging socks, one of my childhood idols.
For me, Betis and Real Madrid have a special relationship, due to circumstances, as I already mentioned in my first entry here.
But in any case today we all win. No fans (there will be some fools, but there always are) will whistle the anthem, so we will undoubtedly see a nice football match, two groups of fans supporting, enjoying and suffering.
Football, sport, the players on the pitch, will put the dignity and beauty that the RFEF leaders, which is not sport, the players who are managers... have stained these days The Cup has left glorious moments... how can we forget this one

One day I will dedicate an entry to another historic final: Mou vs Pep, Cristiano's goal. One of the most competitive matches I have ever seen, a lesson in how to beat an ultra-powerful team like Barcelona.
But apart from days like this, the history of Real Madrid with the Copa del Rey (before Generalissimo) speaks of what Real is. The apocryphal legend tells that from the club itself it has always been considered that it was a competition to give joy to smaller teams.
Be that as it may, it is clear that Real Madrid (which, as I have written several times, is a team of challenges) does not give up in the Cup. A winning team like we are has brutal statistics in this competition: 39 finals, 20 defeats. Some very painful, like "centenariazo".
And then we have many ghosts there: Alcorcón, Alcoyano, Cádiz: "Cherisé te quiero" - Cheryshev I love you".
Of course, the Cup had two challenges, and we took them out. The first Cup title owned is ours, for winning a few in a row as soon as the last century began. And the other challenge is known... that our B team reached a final. The years of the most glorious Castilla

One more year we are not in the final, after Athletic eliminated us on a day without Benzema, with Carlo going crazy putting Isco as a false 9, if my memory does not mix the worst cards of the course.
But to think about playing in the final today, shortly before visiting Manchester and raising the league at the Wanda... well, anyway.
Maybe we have to rethink the calendar.
With all this written... may the force be with the best team: the one who fights so much that his socks fall off
